The building should be able to demonstrate energy savings of 35% compared to conventional buildings · Super ECBC buildings This is to demonstrate compliance by adopting the mandatory and prescriptive requirements listed under super ECBC compliant building requirements . Building should be able to demonstrate energy savings of 50% compared to a conventional buildings
